Order Processing
Orders are usually prepared and sent for dispatch within 72 hours after payment is received.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location:

  • USA & Canada: Standard shipping takes 2–4 weeks

  • Australia & New Zealand: Standard shipping takes 2–4 weeks

  • UK & Europe: Standard shipping takes 2–4 weeks

  • Other Countries: Standard shipping takes 2–5 weeks
    (Times apply if the item is in stock)

Insured & Priority Shipping
If your item is lost in delivery or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no extra cost with sufficient proof. Priority insured shipping places your order at the top of the daily dispatch list, though delivery timelines may remain similar.

Separate Shipments
Some products may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers may take a few days to a week to update. You can track your shipment using https://parcelsapp.com/ with your tracking number.

Shipping Delays
For some countries, delivery may take longer than estimated. Delays can also occur during high order volume, and we appreciate your patience.

Order Change Requests
If you need to make changes to your order, email us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@elpivio.com. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes.
